Click Commerce sets up RFID competency center
In order to elaborate on how RFID enhances the solutions offered by Click Commerce, the company is setting up an RFID Competency center. Click Commerce Inc., is one of the leading providers of on-demand supply chain management solutions.
The new competency center would be situated at the company headquarters in Chicago. The Competency Center would feature the Intelligent Supply Chain, an RFID solution that was recently introduced by the company in collaboration with Vue Technology. Vue is a leading provider of item-level RFID.
The center while demonstrating the solution, would also aim at re-affirming the fact that the increased visibility and control through the usage of RFID boosts the functioning of the supply chain. More RFID reports:
The Center would also showcase the next-generation extended enterprise with solution demonstrations. This demonstration tracks the movement of inventory through a multi-tier supply chain from manufacturing through distribution to the retail store shelf.
